Our Story
Phoenix Concrete Plus has been serving the South Florida community for over 20 years. Joseph Perez Jr. is the proud owner/CEO of Phoenix Concrete Plus. Joseph spent most of his early adulthood learning and working alongside his hardworking father, Joseph Perez Sr. (Phoenix's Founder) who originally started the company with an iron will and dedication. Just as his father taught him, Joseph knew every step mattered in providing a beautiful, finished product to every customer. From his work experience to earning a degree in Construction Management from FIU, Joseph took Phoenix Concrete Plus to the next level, with the vision to serve our South Florida customers the best-finished jobs possible. Jason Perez, following in his brother's footsteps is also in the progress of obtaining a degree in Construction Management and is now working as an Estimator and daily Operations Coordinator for Phoenix. As well as the middle brother, Jheremy Perez is our most skilled and dedicated Project Manager at Phoenix Concrete Plus Inc.
